Kaseya is an excellent tool for managing your machines, but it’s not perfect. It can’t monitor and update the last mile— the manufacturer-specific maintenance that keeps computers running at their best.
It also can’t keep track of battery life, hardware component updates, or companion products that help your computer run more effectively.
Intel might publish a new vulnerability that affects millions of systems annually. Currently, there is no easy way to update them without physically and manually handling them, which is time-consuming. Dell has one tool for Dell computers, and Lenovo has one for theirs, etc. Many MSPs have a gap between what they are contractually required to deliver and what they can provide. Most say they can do it but don’t deliver because their costs are high. Security breaches occur because there aren’t enough resources to properly take care of the systems. Somebody scans them, finds a hole, exploits them, and they are on the 5 o’clock news as having been hacked. A quick-start Wizard will also walk you through integrating our software with Kasaya (insert login credentials and other basic information and your are on your way quickly and easily). Once you’ve made those connections, deploy our agent to all of your Kasaya computers. Then, we will give you ten machines you can fix for free during your trial period. Run our patch on one computer, check the battery status on another, and see all the information we have collected about your system.
